Head - Product - InsurTech

We are looking to hire a self-driven innovator to drive our product strategy and vision. A highly analytical individual, adept at innovatively bringing together technology and products in order to create compelling products. The person should value the breadth of responsibility a start-up offers and enjoys building and growing high performance teams.

- Lead tech product teams to design & build architecture of product platforms and drive product innovation

- Contribute to company's product vision, strategy and performance

- Work closely with engineering, Business and support teams to manage pre and post product development

- Should be an experienced agile practitioner able to lead development teams on multiple products

- Should exhibit awareness of various technology stacks, operating & cloud environments

- Exhibit experience in building consumer products on tech platforms (ideally in Financial services sector)

- Have deep understanding of digital journeys and product adoption drivers for consumer products
