Head - Product - FinTech - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Our client is a leading fintech company in India based in bangalore. They specialize in unsecured digital lending for personal loans.

They are looking for a Head of Products to join them.

- As a product manager, you will be reporting to the CEO and the founder and will be responsible for building the end to end payments platform for our client along with looking after analytics. This would include understanding market requirement and close interaction with internal stakeholders. You would also be responsible for understand RBI guidelines and regulatory compliance for product development.

Ideal Candidate :

1. Good understanding of the payments and the banking industry

2. Should have 7+ years of relevant digital product management experience

3. Should have an innovative approach and ideally should have worked on a disruptive technology

4. Ability to make sound decisions based on a mix of analysis, experience and judgment

5. Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills

6. Strong interpersonal skills and effective communicator with all levels of management and partners

7. Must be from a Tier I B-school only
