- Responsible for end to end LCM of Voice Products
- Responsible for profitability of the Voice products
- Plan and execute Product Life Cycle initiatives PAN India.
- Market intelligence & respond to counter competition activity in market.
- Strategy for timely interventions to meet the ABP for Enterprise voice.
- Bring New Ideas for Product Development & Enhancement to increase RMS
- Marketing activities to build product traction: Acquisition, Usage Enhancement, Churn Protection, Cross Sell/Up Sell.
- Management Planning and Review
- Interact & coordinate with Various factories & roll out action plan.
- Define DOA & ensure the same is followed by Business teams.
- Define strategy to churn competition & innovative ways to increase revenue for company.
- Guide/ Facilitate teams to control churn by running segment wise schemes.
- Process improvement/ enhancement.
- Work closely with the NPI team to enhance features & functionality of Wireless product.
The candidate should have -
- Clear understanding of Product LCM. Preferably Voice products.
- Understanding of Telecom market especially Voice Biz.
