Head - Product & Engineering - Retail

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead the product development with the Engineering and Product Team.

- The Product Head will be deeply involved in influencing product roadmaps, architecture & user experience design, liaising with all Business Functions partners.

- Basic Knowledge of Sql, Google sciences and Google analytics etc will be added knowledge.

- Utilize web analytics, to understand how customers are engaging with the company's websites; while collaborating with Merchandising and Marketing teams

- To create a strategic blueprint for the design of innovative products, processes and related interventions backed by strong business analytics and insights on market needs and competitive opportunities available across various business segments.

- To create standardized, robust and saleable processes and constantly evolve them in line with changing business and environmental needs

- To support on specific strategic initiatives by way of research, presentations, analytics and market intelligence, with regard to business expansion and growth plans as per the business needs.

- The leader will empower & encourage associates to build simple effortless experiences, drive the profitability of products.

- The leader should be able to demonstrate the passion for building a high performing organization, high empathy towards associates, values, confidence and technology curiosity as core competencies.

- Person must sustain the high accountability & ownership culture, introduce best practices from various agile frameworks and enable teams to apply learnings from retrospectives to improvise product development & support processes. The Head should actively lead and participate in global or local initiatives aligned to goals in true collaboration with key stakeholders and partners.
