Job Openings for Head of Product from Ecommerce Platform

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for formulating strategy and driving implementation of entire B2B products

2. Collaborate and drive synergies within the various teams like B2B product, Marketplace, experience, innovation, and Quality team

3. Responsible for leading team of B2B product who will be further responsible for taking care of various pages like Home, search, product listing, Checkout, Payment Gateway, Product On-boarding, etc

4. Responsible for leading Product Marketplace which will include Merchants New product listing (New product listing forms, Ad product, Information Architecture, Listing pages) and Merchants Accounts Portal (Merchant account management, insights, credit, analytics, ticket etc.)

5. Developing people and strengthening product innovation, new technologies, services, AI & ML use cases at platform level.

6. Responsible to structure and strategize product growth and product integration which will be responsible to implement platform level features to improve conversions and responsible for Internal & External Platform integrations, analytics, notification, etc.

7. Responsible to handle team of Product Experience which will further maintain design consistency via iconography and will take care of user interface design for both mobile and web and will design the experiences.

8. Reviewing and ensuring product experience with the help of Front-end developer who will be responsible for creating CSS, HTML for the pages based on UI/UX design and conducting surveys to find UI/UX pain points

9. Responsible to lead team of Quality Assurance and Automation who will further take care of building test case, reporting, developing quality, automated testing analysis, selenium implementation and testing
