Head - Product Development - Telecom

- Lead architecture of overall product strategy for all business lines .

- Proactively understand business and product strategies of telecom operators by forging deep relationships with customer organizations.

- Understand evolving technology trends by engaging regularly with CTO organizations

- Constantly ideate and explore new products/features to leverage existing and emerging needs amongst partner telecom operators and consumers

- Identify opportunities to participate

- Lead a team of product managers and ensure achievement of product road map goals by respective product managers

- Ensure a robust engagement framework with internal stakeholders such as engineering to ensure seamless and timely deployment of products/product features.

- Actively monitor and advocate the adoption of new products/features by contributing to sales strategies.

- Actively embrace and encourage adoption of analytics-based approach in identifying opportunities for new products/features
