Job Title: Product development Head - Mumbai (Mahim)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:-

- To set the strategy for Product Development and contribute to the overall Commercial Strategy

- To lead the Product Development team in researching and identifying the highest value opportunities

- To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of regulatory developments and the impact these could have on existing or future products

- To lead the management of test-cases in order to assess the commercial potential of potential new products

- To regularly update the Executive and Board on future market sizing, priority areas to be tackled and key competitor activity

- To lead the development and approval of cohesive business cases for new product introductions

- To lead and co-ordinate cross functional project teams to develop the processes, capabilities, product sales & marketing plans and supporting materials to bring new products to market

- To monitor the development of new products post-launch

- To continually improve Product Development processes

Key Skills:

- Product development, ideally in a service-based industry

- Financial literacy with experience of business case development

- Product and project management

- High level customer focus, both in product design and service deliver

MBA/ Postgraduate

- 9-12 yrs exp
