Head - Product Title : Chief Product Officer (Payments / Lending) Location: Mumbai Reports To: Founder/CEO Role Summary: This role is for the Head of Product and will be responsible for driving the product and design functions. The incumbent will be responsible for heading products spanning across Zero cost EMI (Lending product), Payments platform, ERP software (SaaS product for fee management), Subscription/Auto debit product. In this role, you would be responsible for defining the product strategy, identifying problems, prioritizing ideas and solving them through product - right from problem discovery to conceptualization to launch. Roles and Responsibilities: - Owner Mindset: As a Product Leader, you will be expected to be an intrapreneur who exhibits an owner mindset and is comfortable operating boundary-less. - Product Leadership: Set processes and systems to scale the team. Mentor and invest in the growth of your team. Identify hiring needs and own hiring end to end in your area. Lead from the front and be comfortable being hands-on. - Strategy: Craft out the long-term vision and strategy to win the customer segments you are driving. Identify new product lines and innovation opportunities. Craft the right goals & enable the team to build their execution roadmaps. - Execution: Drive product conceptualization, product development, execution and Go-to-Market via your team. - Enable excellence at scale: Your role will be to derive excellence across the org and set high standards for the org to be ahead of the curve.
