Head - Product - Auto Finance Vertical

We have an urgent role with one of the biggest group in auto for the auto finance vertical.

Role : Head Product - Fintech

Candidate from NBFC Product background

Key responsibilities will include:

- Owns strategy and roadmap for the product

- Define complete product requirement of the finance business

- Manage the complete product development strategy for front end and back end systems

- Takes strategic decision of licensing open source /licensed products widely available in the market to improve time to market

- Stake holder management

- Strong experience in Product Fintech Journey

- Ability to understand and discuss technical aspect of the solutions with technical architects. Passionate about technology.

- Have used technology to solve business problems in previous organizations

- Design and run beta/pilot programs with early stage products and product iteration cycle

- Establish strong product management processes, run daily, weekly reviews

- Provide innovative/3rd party solutions for Reporting, Analytics and CRM
