Head of Product Analytics

- Build a strong data-informed culture by working collaboratively and cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, User Research and Design leadership.

- Provide the product analytics teams with frameworks and processes that help generate comprehensive set of hypothesis, A/B tests and unbiasedly validate / reject hypothesis.

- Participate in weekly leadership meetings to share progress and drive alignment. Provide inputs and perspectives to the rest of the product & technology leadership to improve product development processes and strengthen the Product & Technology organization culture.

- Identify current data gaps for effective analysis and reporting. Work with technology and existing analytics teams to identify solutions to address the existing data gaps.

- Build effective and comprehensive strategies to track, collect, extract, structure and synthesize data from multiple applications and sources.

- Leverage Data and Voice of Customer to understand customer and business problems, emerging customer and competition trends, and areas for product improvement. Accordingly identify, strategize and prioritize analytics initiatives for quick wins as well as to fast track mid / long term success.

- On an everyday basis, track key product and customer funnels and success metrics. Identify areas of improving the customer experience and business outcomes. Apply statistical knowledge and data modeling to provide current and high-quality, precise information.

- Define, design and standardize key performance scorecards, reports and visualizations that provide insights into the health of the overall digital platform, performance of all digital assets and all products

- Establish frameworks and provide guidance to the product analytics team to derive and share deep actionable insights for product management around customer experience and business outcomes, including forecast, trendlines, cost-benefit analysis, feature impact and ROI.

- Crisply present product insights and recommendations to executive management and cross-functional peers. Leverage your understanding of the market, competition and changing customer behavior to provide strategic inputs.

- Influence and guide the product development process and roadmap. Work in partnership with Product Management to prioritize projects and influence roadmap planning.
