Head - Procurement & Supply Chain - Healthcare/Pharma

Role : Head : Procurement and Supply Chain

Reports to CEO / COO

Location : Gurgaon

Description of roles and responsibilities : Procurement Head is responsible for vendor development, procurement (including cost, quality and delivery) of all Capex and Opex purchases.

- Will head Supply Chain / Procurement, Stores and Pharmacy

- Lead end to end procurement

- Project and construction contracts / bought out items

- Medical Capex (e.g. Equipment, Furniture, instruments)

- Medical Opex (e.g. consumables, medicines, etc)

- Outsources services contracts (e.g. Facility management, etc)

- Develop strong and dependable vendor base

- Develop new vendors, rationalize vendor base and maintain long term relationships with local and global vendors

- Identify ways to reduce cost from vendors

- Manage day to day procurement

- Manage quality and delivery of regular supplies and execution of job work and procure to pay cycle

- Constantly evaluate vendor performance

- Ensure accurate supply chain planning and manage logistics

- Manage working capital

- Ensure accurate forecasting and inventory planning for materials

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree from a reputed college / university

- MBA / MHA / Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management will be a plus

- B.Pharma / M.Pharma will be a plus

- Should have experience of 10-18 years in Medical Capex and Medical Opex purchases
