New Office/Retail/Renovation/Roll Out- Civil/ Electrical/ IT /HVAC Contractors, Merchandising Fixtures e. Data Sourcing And Lead Generation Partner Finalization f. Media Buying (Creative, Offline &amp; Digital Media, Ooh) g. Office Equipment, Electrical, Electronic, Communication, Leased Lines, Optical Fiber, O&amp;M, OSP etc 3. Manage the entire process in the planning of materials/ goods purchase activities, inventory control, logistics and distribution, customs clearance, ensuring effectively-functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities. 4. Ensure effective lines of communication to ensure the timely delivery of materials/ goods using the most appropriate Purchase procedures. 5. Be responsible for introducing process improvements in the supply chain and identify new vendors/suppliers without jeopardizing quality and service delivery. 6. Establish and implement a monitoring system that ensures that the prices paid for materials/ goods are in line with local market prices. 7. Develop and manage the rosters of suppliers, elaborate supplier selection, and evaluation, quality and performance measurement mechanisms 8. Proficiency in system based purchase environment to facilitate the change in purchase process/ workflow 9. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Purchase plans and progress reports as required. 10. Willing to travel Nationally &amp; Internationally 11. Should have good knowledge of e-procurement/sourcing 12. Expert in RFP/RFQ/RFI.
