Head - Procurement - Restaurant Chain

HOD position reporting to Director - Finance.

- Responsible for managing the entire procurement function for a multi brand, funded & successful restaurant chain. Restaurants are located all over the country hence knowledge of procurement practices, vendors & rates of different cities is essential.

- Lead the entire team.

- Responsible for ensuring Right Cost, Quality & Service for all all Capex & Opex Requirements of the organisation.

- Knowledge of Liquor purchasing.
