Head- Procurement (Aluminium Scrap)

Company: Well established & renowned Manufacturing company.

Experience : 15-20 Years

Location : Delhi/NCR (Work from Office, Alternate Saturdays working)

Qualification: Background of Degree / Diploma in Engineering preferred / Masters or Diploma in business administration with majors in Sales & Marketing, SCM Business economics or allied qualification

Offered CTC : Best as per market standards

Joining: As soon as possible

Mandatory Skills :

Aluminium scrap souring exposure in all Geographical area.

Strong Vendor negotiations and development in global market

Inventory management and optimization

Responsibilities :

- Formulate the annual sales plan for company in terms of export targets (revenue, volumes), targeted key accounts, product-wise & segment-wise targets, new customer acquisition targets, etc.

- Ensure margin maximisation by securing the best possible value (price / ton) and quality of RM along with ensuring revenue and profitability of exports function

- Oversee all trading decisions with suppliers and conclude deals for supply of raw material

- Administer all export of goods and ensure compliance to all organizational policies and procedures

- Strive for maintaining a wide quality supplier base to reduce risk of concentration

- Drive accuracy in documentation and payments to the vendors and influence PPC, logistics teams to ensure raw material fulfilment needs for plants

- Review debit note claims and accordingly negotiate for reversals with company' suppliers

- Create balance between QRC and PRC so as to maximize revenue possibilities while keeping an eye on productivity

- Minimize local procurement as a % of total procurement
