1.2 Design distribution model, prepare annual forecasts. Develop MPCPs, recruit & train front-end procurement team
1.3 Build procurement funnel processes and monitor steady-state procurement and efficiency
1.4 Collaborate with all other business stakeholders for platform enablement on B&M processes. Auditing different Process of the business regularly
1.5 Establish local partnerships and relationships to enable earned media, tactical tie-ups to drive low-cost procurement
2.Channel Management
2.1 Analyze market potential & business opportunities to translate them into Expansion roadmaps, manpower projections.
2.2 Manage all aspects of Relationships with Partners, Dealers, etc. for making it profitable
2.3 Manage Yeild through the Part SOPs/Guidelines on Infrastructure, Systems, Process and People requirements
2.4 Evaluate/identify the potential dealer and Trumoto teams and provide suitable opportunities or challenges
2.5 Identify opportunities/concern area for the product/market and workout medium and long term strategy to achieve business target
2.6 Conduct weekly PDCA with Teams for business improvement actions
3. Yield Management
3.1 Coordinate from the company side to close on all financial dealings with the Partners & Dealers
3.2 Drive Yeild management & opportunities, Ensure optimum resource utilization for better cost efficiencies.
3.3 Improve Purchase Price (Right Price) per unit through building better relationship & control for both Dealer & Company.
3.4 Check the DriveX standards adherence and initiate corrective actions based on mystery audit among Procurement Team
4. Market Intelligence
4.1 Systemically collate, monitor and share - market trends, competition insights, broker market feedback etc. on monthly basis
4.2 Understand Market & Company demand on procurement side
5. Customer Experience & Retention
5.1 First custodian of Customer (Partners & Dealers) Experience and Retention
5.2 Identify customer expectation, Measure Gaps, Translate/ Align to process, Audit proces adherance & Take corrective actions
5.3 Grievance resolution & customer delight
