Candidates with F&A (P2P) role only with exposure to third party or captive BPO. - Lead preparation of Financial statements including account analysis, internal audits etc. - Ensure compliance and checks around financial reporting and audits. - Ensure accounts payable for accuracy and compliance as per standards. - Strong SME on F&A P2P Operations. - Should have done solutioning and transformation work. - Through knowledge on US GAAP, IFRS, IND AS - Hands on experience on ERP (SAP/Oracle) - Should have a growth mindset with excellent people and client management skills. - Should have exposure to Group Financial control, HCM reporting /closings. - Exposure to Business excellence and Process transition. Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Should be able to lead, manage and mentor team. - Interface with client and lead transformational projects.
