Roles and Responsibilities:
- Job holder will be managing the end-to-end process re-engineering or improvement activities executing a significant process re-engineering effort to achieve a measurable change to the organisation.
- Manager international portfolio / programme level and will be typically accountable for delivering either the re-engineering work-stream goals of a wider business transformation programme or a complex re-engineering project.
- To challenge the business and use all the available re-engineering levers and provide timely reports on process re-engineering project / programme status, risks and issues, evaluating performance based on
management information
- Lead end-to-end change journey and validates mitigation plans.
- Lead process design activities and provides high-level strategic steer on design.
- Operate at a management level, working across global business and regions and helping the Consulting
Leadership Team to maintain a global perspective on business transformation and re-engineering efforts.
Skills Required:
- Should be having overall 14+ years of work experience wherein 8+ years being into end to end process re-engineering, business or process transformation, process consulting, business consulting etc in an international Banking environment.
- Should have good understanding and work experience in a global BFSI environment.
- Should have good team handling experience and stakeholder engagement.
- Certification such as MBB, BB, etc would be preferable.
