Head Process & Quality

Our client is a new age, education focused NBFC on a mission to provide seamless and affordable education financing for every deserving Indian Student. Looking to Hire candidates with 7 -8 years in process excellence & quality in Financial Services Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- To Review and understand existing Business processes to identify business functional requirements for substantial improvement in business & operational processes.

- Identify processes for re-design, create business processes from scratch along with the business teams, identify existing process bottlenecks and streamline the same and suggest a recommended course of action by identifying modifications to existing processes.

- Mapping business requirements and translating these requirements into functional and technical specification documents.

- Project manage new requirements and opportunities for applying efficient and effective solutions.

- Implement new processes and organizational changes as accepted by all stakeholders with respect to these functions & businesses.

- Present analysis, solutions, and business cases to senior management

Key Skills Required:

- Graduate/PG

- Full time MBA is preferable.

- Over all 10-12 years of experience with at least 7 -8 yrs in process excellence & quality in Financial Services Sector.

- Six Sigma certification and work ex in a quality management firm will be an added advantage (not mandatory)
