Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage quality control and continuous improvement for HR, Finance & Commercial shared services
- Identify opportunities for re-engineering, standardization, process and service quality improvement and drive implementation of such initiatives
- Design and drive implementation of projects involving process improvements in all areas
- Drive re-engineering and service quality improvement initiatives from business case to implementation and stabilization phase
- Work in collaboration with other teams in Shared Services Center to ensure consistent use of framework and methodologies applied
Requirements :
- Overall 10+ years of experience in industries such as Steel, Cement, Power or Manufacturing.
- Rich experience in in business process re-engineering and optimization, process excellence and quality
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma
- Must have experience of working in a shared services set up
