We have an urgent opening in One of the leading Pharmaceutical Industry for Head Process Engineer in Hyderabad.

Qualification:- B.tech/M.tech Chemical

Experience: 15 to 25 years

Designation: Head Process Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: Upto 70 lacs

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide deep expertise on PE API -Process Research & Optimization, Scale up & Validation; Build Intellectual capital to enhance the knowledge base of PE API.

- Develop new reactor concepts and align developmental efforts, mentor experts on reaction kinetics and design and Conduct regular trainings on new technologies/developments.

- Use thorough techno-economic analysis for process development and flow sheet synthesis, Use advanced modelling tools, Guide senior experts on process design, Develop differentiated novel technologies.

- Validate the scale up methodologies and develop scale up approaches, Conduct scale up studies on novel technologies & analyze data- Lead collaborative efforts.

- Drive effective responses to regulatory deficiencies and prevention of potential deficiencies. Have a thorough understanding of regulatory impact of PAT technologies.

- Mentor talent, identify technical skills and update them, Develop long-term technical skill development plan and Participate in Talent Acquisition

Operating Network:

- Internal: Process Engineers Kilo Lab / CPP Engineers, Process safety Team members

- External: Equipment vendors Strategic business partners, Academic institutions, Consultants

Technical Requirements:

- In depth knowledge of Polymorph Screening and Development, QbD and PAT, Process Modeling and Simulation, Process Scale up technologies, advanced unit operations, knowledge of novel technologies related to process engineering

- Exhibits expertise in engineering and chemistry concepts to develop holistic approaches for process research and Basic understanding of Chemistry, API development, Analytical operations, IP and RA.

- The API PE team also plays a critical role in recommending equipments for Capex purchases by CTO, including vendor diligence and factory acceptance tests, primarily towards new manufacturing capabilities.
