Head - Process Consulting - BPO

We are currently looking to fill the Head of consulting business for a BPO client.

- Looking for a senior management role for tier 2 BPO. The candidate must have an experiene in ITeS 12 to 14 years, Preferably with BPO experience.

- The Must have skills are process consulting, pre sales and solutioning, PMP, six sigma.

The role will be based out of Mumbai

- The incumbent will act as a process consultant for the existing and new clients

- He will be working closely with sales team and be responsible for pre sales and solution.

- He will also be delivery lead for new service line

- The role will report into the CSO of the company and he must have been certified in PMP and SIX SIGMA
