To head a Process Center of Excellence in India that does the following:

Builds standards for process mapping for the Company across all Businesses and Functions Leads a group of process mapping specialists to help map processes to standards based on defined timelines Manages Controls in processes and ensures improved controls across the Company Maintains an organization-wide repository of processes Tool - enable the processes Work with the Risk team on Organization Risk and Control Management

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

Process Flow:

- Develop standardized process flow formats using BPMN standards

- Review individual Business process maps against standards and suggest changes

- Lead initiatives to optimize end-to-end processes across the organization as per BPMN standards.

- Identify controls for processes, along with the respective BUs and ensure uniformity in controls for similar processes across the organization

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Engage with stakeholders across the Organization including Exco members, BU Heads, senior and middle management across the company.

- Provide regular updates on the status of ongoing initiatives

- Ensure implementation of reviewed and revised processes and controls by the respective stakeholders.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on process mapping, risk exposure, and control effectiveness for senior management.

- Conduct trend analysis to anticipate potential challenges and propose preventive measures.

Risk Identification and Assessment:

- Work closely with risk leader across each business to understand business processes and assess inherent risks.

- With the risk team, identify the controls that cover the identified risks and ensure implementation.

Control Implementation:

- Design and implement robust control frameworks to mitigate identified risks.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that control measures are effectively integrated into daily process flows

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of controls, making recommendations for improvements as needed.

Continuous Improvement:

- Establish a culture of continuous improvement within the COE, encouraging proactive identification of opportunities for enhancement.

- Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights for refining processes and controls.

Training and Awareness:

- Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on the importance of process adherence, risk awareness, and control implementation.

- Promote a risk-aware culture throughout the organization.

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Six Sigma, Risk Management) is a plus

- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices related to BPMN, process flow management and risk & control

- Proven experience in leading process optimization, risk management, and control implementation initiatives

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across geographies

- Experience in implementing and managing process improvement methodologies
