Our client is a market leader and one of key players in the Retail sector with presence across multiple locations within India.
- The incumbent will be responsible for providing strategic leadership by conceptualizing and managing the development, as well as execution of brand marketing strategies for new brands, across categories.
- The position entails a multi-pronged and pragmatic approach in terms of building the business.
- Your primary responsibility would be to develop and lead the business of all new brands as well as the existing brands in the country. As an expert in managing multi-brand focused business operations, would lead the Category drivers, market dynamics, and competitive strategy based on emerging consumer / shopper insights.
- Responsible for online sales, should ideally have multi category platform experience.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Lead the efforts of digital marketing and CRM: customer acquisition and retention, Performance marketing of all digital channels.
- 12 + years of experience in managing FMCG categories in mid to large sized FMCG companies, including P&L responsibility and brand health measures. Experience in managing external partners such as ad & market research agencies etc.
- Previous experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and e-commerce
- High level of competence in managing projects and stakeholder management internal and external
- Hands-on experience in creating and executing large brand campaigns
