Head - Private Banking/Wealth - Financial Services Firm

Our client, a leading financial services firm provides a bouquet of investment services to cater to the needs of every individual. In order to grow exponentially they are looking for a dynamic personality to head the private banking arm of the business.

Role: Head - Private Banking

Relevant Experience: 10 years to 15 years

Responsibilities:

- Strategically execute the business plan and build the AUM portfolio

- Develop the existing base by deepening relationships and take charge of P&L

- Build and support the team by providing training and achieve targets assigned

- Drive continuous improvement of sales processes by constantly making them more customer friendly and efficient

- Focus on building strong relationships with the promoter families, Ultra High Net worth clients

- Identify potential customers within targeted leads and initiate the client on-board process

- Understand individualistic needs and offer tailored products

- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to ethically

Skills :
