Head - Private Advisory - Energy Division - Infrastructure

- Urgent Position to Lead the private sector advisory business within Energy Consulting Services. Take P&L responsibility of the Business Unit & build the business with a Multinational Infrastructure Company in Mumbai

- Development of the said SBU, Research- drive & support new initiatives

- Generate business leads 

- Work closely with business head to identify and engage with potential clients to understand needs;

- Problem Understanding & Structuring

- Preparation of a work plan including timelines, work allocation for team members, Preparation of detailed research plan, kick off presentations, interview questionnaires, formats etc. required for data collection.

- Periodic Review of Engagement Plans

- Review of status of assignment execution.

- Client interaction on an ongoing basis

- Undertake billing follow-ups to ensure timely fee collection

- Creation of Vertical knowledge / Databases

- Knowledge creation authors articles /write papers.

- Organizes all data/documents/materials of completed
