Head - Principal Consultant - Search Vertical - Bootstrap Venture

One of the bootstrap venture is looking for a Principal Consultant

A Principal consultant acts as a crucial link between 3 key stakeholders in the recruitment process, namely, the client, the candidate and the company, especially because they he acts as a brand ambassador of the company.

Role and responsibilities

- Get involved in the process right from the outset once a need arises from the client's end

- Understand this need of the client, formulates a plan of the various sources from where this need can be addressed, approaches candidates from each source,

- Ensuring revenue growth for the company

- Cross-sell and up-sell other services of consulting and learning domain

- Ensure reaching the specified target

- Manage the team and create incentive schemes for them if required

- Identify the sectors to be focus and develop good clientele base accordingly

- Train the team on different strategies to handling rejection, managing negotiations and closing the deals

- Build a team which can that can to the top line of the company

Desired Profile:

- In-depth knowledge of Recruitment Industry

- Relevant experience of about 8-9 year

- Well networked in industry

- Global exposure would be an added advantage

- Keep to work in start-up environment
