About our client : Our client is is India's No 1 real estate developer and amongst the world's select multinational real estate developers with presence in India and the United Kingdom.

The Group is currently developing an estimated 43 million sq ft of prime real estate with the largest land reserves in MMR, and has 28 ongoing projects across London, Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad.

Position : Head - Presales (Level- AVP)

Location : Mumbai

Job Description/ Role :

- Leading a 20 member in house team and 100 member outsourced team

- Development of the annual operating plan for the Presales unit

- Development of project specific budgets basis their annual operating plans, cumulatively resulting in the development of the presales budget

- Development of go-to-market strategies for Presales unit

- Definition of the sales process so as to minimize inefficiencies

- Development of sales manager R&R structures

- Controlling activation costs based on pre-approved budgets

- Development of SOPs & policies which govern execution of processes so as to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process and reduce conflicts

Required Skills and Experience :

- She / He would be an MBA from a top notch business school with 12 + years of extensive track record and achievement with relevant experience in presales/ strategy function.

- Candidates from Banking Financial Services, IT, FMCG and other industries will be preferred.

- Candidates from Real Estate industry will not be considered.
