Job Description - Lead the team of pre-sales from North, West and South India to provide customer centric solutions.
- Work in high growth oriented organisation with strong emphasis on performance and capability development.
- Drive the entire pre-sales function by leading a team of about 20 pre-sales consultants
- Align pre-sales with sales to generate new opportunities for business and revenue generation
- Segmentation and positioning of the client's products and solutions across verticals and segments
- Build a healthy relationship with System Integrators, Partners and key account's decision-making teams
- About 15 years of experience in driving large complex solution engagements in BFSI / Enterprise / Government verticals
- Experience in working with products in process management, content management and workflow solutions
- Should have exposure on working in more than 1 domain
- MBA and B. Tech/B.E. from Tier1/Tier2 institutes
- Strong people management experience
- Interact with global leadership across verticals and a variety clients
