We are looking for a candidate for one of our clients which is a global consulting firm. This role is that of the Head- Presales and Bid Management in the Life Sciences domain. The candidate must have around 15 yrs of experience in this domain and should have worked in the ITES space.
Some key responsibilities are as follows:
- Responsible for the identification, analysis and reporting of trends within the Life Sciences BPS domain areas.
- Ensure planning, coordination and completion of activities related to Bid Management.
- Depending on the specialization i.e pricing, solutioning - ensure effective and efficient execution of pricing and solutioning methodology.
- Design key components of solution - transition plan, hiring, training & ramp up, transformation opportunities etc.
- Factor in industry trends into solution design. Responsible for maintaining/ improving the Bid win ratio
- Build BD team's domain understanding - training/ certifications, knowledge sharing with operations
