Job Description

- Heading the pre-sales team - provide guidance and motivation

- Work assignment and prioritisation within the pre-sales team

- Own creation of responses to RFI and RFPs

- Responsible for adherence to all proposal review and approval processes within the organisation

- Coordinate with various teams for completion of responses to RFI and RFPs

- Coordinate with various teams for creating product / solution demos

- Create and conduct proposal presentations

- Anchor product / solution demos to prospective clients

- Tracking of Leads and Opportunities and periodic reporting

- Designing campaigns and coordinating with Sales team for the campanign execution

- Status reporting on team's activities

Desired Profile

Skills and experience

- Playing Lead role in pre-sales for Banking products / solutions in a top IT firm for at least 3 years.

- Responding to RFPs and conducting proposal presentations to prospects

- Adherence to Proposal review and approval processes specific to the organisation

- Filling out RFIs

- Conducting and anchoring product / solution demos

- Project Management skills in pre-sales scenario

- Prior experience of working as Business Analysis and or in Development team

- Solutioning skills and experience of large scale solution design on at least 2 projects

- Ability to communicate effectively, good presentation skills

- Good written communications essential

- Good personality, confident in mannerism and speech, passionate about area of expertise

Domain Knowledge

- Should have experience in Payments and Cash Management domain: Domestic and International Payments, Payment routing,

- Cheques, Clearing & Settlement Systems(RTGS, Giro, Fedwire, BACS, CHAPS), SWIFT, Standing Instructions, Direct Debits,

- Bulk Payments, SEPA, Payment formats (EDI, SWIFT, SAP iDOC, ISO20022 XML, NACHA etc), Receivables, Reconciliation,

- Experience in Trade Finance, Core Banking, Loan Origination and Lending would be desirable but not mandatory
