Job Description:

- Will be the inhouse expert on cutting edge campaign management and responsible for all aspects of campaign design and process.

- Co-ordinates with brand team, Bank team and Tech team to build campaign management strategy and new and better workflows using the automation platform.

- Will support Banks to drive implementation of In-Prem Solution along with campaign management best practice.

- Will seek to standardise workflows and give input to CTO team on platform functionality and design. Manages the 'Creative & Content factory"

- Should have very good understanding of banking processes in detail and experience in managing campaigns.

- Should know global best practice in campaign management across all aspects including target criteria, creative design, campaign automation etc.

- Should have ability to interface with multiple internal & external parties and quickly understand pain points and process improvement opportunities.

- Should be able to understand broad technical architectures, data and analytics principles and translate business process to tech requirements and vice versa.

Experience

- 7-10 yrs in portfolio management / campaign management for Retail or BFSI
