Position : Head - Portfolio, Communications & Campaigns (Current Account)

Grade - VP

Location - BKC Mumbai

Job Purpose :

Own and manage remote customer engagement and campaign framework for current account portfolio

Job Responsibilities :

- Define working model for Business customer engagement, both through RMs and through digital channels

- Drive digital engagement for non-managed customers through campaigns

- Provide triggers & monitor customer engagement, productivity & performance of branches and RMs

- Responsible to work on central analytical triggers to effectively engage customers, leading to increased wallet-share.

- Define life-cycle based campaigns for CA customers to effectively on-board, engage and deepen the portfolio
