Head - Portfolio Buying - BFSI

Job Description:

- The person needs to buy retail portfolio (stressed retail assets / 180+ DPD) from Banks / NBFCs at attractive price after doing due diligence.

- The person should have a deep understanding / ability to evaluate the portfolio's past performance and arrive at the right price so that Zenollect can buy the portfolio, do recoveries and make a profitable business out of it. The person should be able to analyze the customers of the "to be bought" portfolio and assess the recoverability from it.

Experience:

The person should have 10-15 years in the BFSI industry predominantly buying / selling distressed retail portfolios. The person should have worked in large bank / NBFC doing the said role for at least a decade.

Skills:

The person should be proficient in analytics and negotiation. The person should have strong networking skills in the industry to be able to identify opportunities and evaluate them if they are good.
