Head - Portfolio Analytics
About the role:
The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists / analysts and will work in close collaboration across all product teams (Debit card, Credit card, SA, FD) etc. at bank level to help generate revenue/profitability.
Overall Job Description:
- Responsible for creating statistical models for increasing wealth portfolio of the bank.
- Developing campaigns for targeting customers to avoid attrition and to cross-sell various products.
- Provide insights at management level reporting towards client acquisition.
- Ability to leverage self-service analytics platforms- share results through self-service dashboards or applications and having basic knowledge of market solutions by pitching right product to the client at right time.
- Define critical metrics to measure the efficiency of digital channels and platforms.
- Develop customer segmentation and deliver insights that help drive "adoption, engagement and revenue" from clients using Digital channels and platforms of the Bank.
- Help define pricing models for digital value propositions for various segments of users / clients to ensure profitability of the Portfolio and to ensure achievement of business outcomes
- Lead, encourage & mentor a team of analysts to deliver impactful insights
- Empower product and marketing teams by creating automated dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Skills/Capabilities:
- Knowledge of SAS and Other Analytical Tools
- Ability to understand business problems and think on models, data analytics to solve the issue
- Adapt at Working with Unstructured Data that comes from different channels and sources.
- Data Visualization through tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
- Strong strategic thought leadership and problem solving skills with ability to tackle unstructured and complex business problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and storytelling skills at multiple organizational levels
- Ability to build & use relationships and influence broadly across the organization.
Essential requirement: MBA/PGDBM from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges
Essential requirement: 8-10 years of experience in analytics and data science
Preferred: Experience in Consumer, BFSI analytics space
