Experience : 10+ years of work experience in Insurance Industry in Policy Servicing, payout process management

Industry: Insurance only

No of Reports : 15 to 17

Job Location : Mumbai

Educational Qualification required : Bachelor's is mandatory and MBA in relevant field will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Making certain that every service request is handled in accordance with agreed-upon service levels in order to maximize NPS and QS

- Developing operational strategies with an emphasis on risk mitigation and customer experience enhancement

- Completing payments to clients that the business started on time.

- Tracking and overseeing the maintenance of unclaimed funds using a variety of techniques

- Committed to enhancing the customer experience through each interaction by focusing on important metrics like NPS and C-SAT

- Increasing cost efficiency using automation, such as Straight Through Processing and Robotic Processes

- Oversee the insurance servicing procedure and guarantee that all financial and non-financial transactions adhere to service requirements.

Principal duties:

- To specify and organize procedures for standardized approval, cancellation, and refund of annuity and survivor benefits.

- To guarantee prompt and efficient processing of both payout and non-payout transactions.

- To guarantee compliance with regulatory TATs.
