3. Review of existing policies/Continuous process re-engineering & bringing innovative solutions to optimize operational efficiencies.

4. Modification in existing product features/Closely working with IT for product integrations & LMS changes

5. Partner evaluation with respect to efficiency and SLA compliance

6. Managing Internal Process controls team and resolution of operational challenges and breaches

7. Process Management for Digital Payment/Repayments/Credit Underwriting

8. Digital Payments & Communication with Customer

9. Vendor Evaluation and Management (Business services outsourcing)

10. Customer Grievance redressal management
