KRA:
- Managing end-to-end PMS cycle for all employees
- Ensure timely conducting of Appraisal for Managerial staff on half yearly basis
- Explanation of appraisal result to Management through "Normal Distribution Curve".
- Ensure proper feedback to employees.
- Appraisal followed by Promotion, increment are also done on timely basis.
- Annual KRA setting at the beginning of financial year.
- Defining or ensure service level agreement (SLA) for each KRA across all functions to minimize subjectivity on evaluation.
- Employee Confirmation Process
- Half yearly performance review
- Annual Appraisal
- Distribution of appraisal letters
- Responsible for driving Performance Improvement Plan(PIP) for poor performers along with their functional heads The purpose is to identify training gaps for soft skill development program.
- Identification of successor
- Creating future talent pipeline to take up leadership roles in future
- Communication to identified successors
- Conducting of Assessment Center both pre and post training.
- Developing of concept and implementation of 360 degree Competency framework.
