Top MNC Pharmaceutical is looking for Head Project Management Operations is responsible for planning, implementation and tracking of projects in close-out and change management. Exposure to project financial management is a plus. The incumbent must have successfully demonstrated cross-functional project-planning and leadership skills.  Key Responsibilities:  - Provide strong leadership and activity management to perform troubleshooting of marketed products, and transfer of technology within global manufacturing sites.  - Direct, lead, monitor and manage the Project Teams and work with diverse stakeholders at sending site and receiving site to successfully obtain approval, manufacture and release of the validation/launch batches.  - Plan program execution in detail including resource assignments (up to launch) and external expenditure. Lead the coordination of developing the business plan. This includes engaging external resources when necessary. Demonstrate personal ownership and commitment to project delivery.  - Serve as a liaison with the HPRC, Business Team and the Core Project Team. Update and communicate all needed issues as appropriate to facilitate rapid decision-making.  - Plan and coordinate product launch in relevant markets: Monitoring of progress of Regulatory review/approval, collaborate with Commercial and Supply Chain for inventory planning, interface with R&D, Manufacturing, Procurement, QA and associated functions for commercialization  - 10-15 years of relevant work experience in Project Management and must have experience in Engineering, Process Engineering, Technology transfer OR Manufacturing of drug product or API, cGMP, Project Financial processes, Procurement, Planning  - Industry experience in Pharmaceutical  Qualification: B.Sc./ B. Pharm/ MBA/ Master's degree in Engineering
