Head - PMO - Construction Firms/Data Centers

Job Role: PMO - Head (Diversity Hiring Position Only)

Experience: 12 - 20 years

Job Location: Mumbai

Notice Period: 0 to 45 days

Purpose of the Job:

- Providing program governance to multiple construction projects.

- Capex management of all the projects. Forecasting the spend, reporting actual vs. planned, benchmarking compared to business plan, etc.

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities).

- Providing program governance to multiple construction projects.

- Review the project schedules submitted by partners/ project managers, and identify risks, dependencies, and critical activities. Tracking & reporting till mitigation.

- Prepare management dashboards and review presentations for weekly/ monthly quarterly reviews.

- Support project managers on the ground with activities needing help from the central/corporate office.

- Engaging with Cross-functional teams to ensure their actions are tracked and closed in a timely manner. Escalate if needed.

- Capex management of all the projects. Forecasting the spend, reporting actual vs. planned, benchmarking compared to business plan, etc.

Demonstrate (Key competencies):

- Proven relevant work experience in the Data Center / Construction Industry.

- Solid technical background, with understanding and hands-on experience in data center and construction projects.

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Educational Level:

- Any graduate or Diploma.

Working Experience:

- 12+ years

- Candidates having relevant experience in Program Management in Construction Firms/Data Centers would be preferred.
