Head - PMO - BFS (10-18 yrs)
- Manage every action required to manage projects and deliver results
- Build project management capabilities within the Bank through deployment of standard methodologies, tools and training's, provide guidance and coaching to new project managers
- Manage cross Business-Unit linkages, bottlenecks and strive for resolutions
- Interact and facilitate reporting and resolution on bottlenecks with Bank's senior leadership
- Documentation of projects, business cases, benefits and manage archival of these documents
- Monitoring and reporting on status of key strategic initiatives through Dashboards, packs, reports for Steering Committee and other decision making groups, Executive reporting
- Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets in managed projects through effective implementation and change management.
Min 10 to 15 years with atleast 5 years in Project or Program Mgmt. (BFSI, Financial Services focused teams within Consulting companies, Quality/ Six Sigma)
- Understanding of Banking Environment, Market Changes & Bank Strategic Approaches
- Experience in leading a team to deliver projects
Business Strategy & Structure analysis, documentation and enhancements
- Usage of methodologies like LEAN, Six Sigma, BPR
- Stakeholder and Communication Management; Strong people and relationship management skills
Project Management
- Overall Project Management & Execution, including Initiating & Planning, Delivering results, Monitoring & Controlling, Project Risks, Stakeholder Management, Project Closure
Business Analysis:
- Research to understand data points required to produce a certain result or data analysis
- Requirement gathering to produce structured, functional specifications
- Proven record of working through the full project life cycle, with different methodologies and approaches
- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills
