Role:

- Plants Finance Head ( Role will be based at corporate office)

- Number of Manufacturing Units to Manage : 3

Role:

- Delivering business objectives as per Annual Operating Plan, Designing & Implementing Plans, Systems, Policies & Procedures to facilitate Internal Financial Control.

- Heading Manufacturing & SC Finance including COGS, OPEX & Inventory Accounting, Reporting & Analysis.

- Driving cost reductions & controls, Process Improvements & Productivity across Manufacturing, Sourcing & Supply Chain towards meeting COGS and Operating Income targets while working closely with all stakeholders.

- Leading manufacturing subsidies with cashflow and P&L .

- Simplify, standardized and automating Reporting & Analysis for COGS, Mix, Purchase Prices, Transfer Costs etc

- Improve internal controls & accuracy in inventory, COGS & OPEX accounting, valuation and reconciliations.

- COGS and OPEX Budgeting & Estimating during annual, quarterly and monthly frequency.

- Supporting Corporate Accounting, Taxation, Statutory Audit and Quarterly Reviews.

- Implementing effective costing systems for determining costs at various stages,monitoring various overheads and achieving optimum cost control.

- Conducting variance analysis to determine the difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.

- Shouldering the responsibility of designing and implementing accounting systems &procedures; supervising timely preparation of statutory books of accounts and finalization of accounts

- Coordinating for Internal, Statutory and Tax Audits; evaluating internal control systems/procedures to highlight shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations.

- Generating Bank Reconciliation Statements for reconciling cash & bank balances involving active coordination with bank authorities.

- Supervising preparation of MIS Reports providing feedback to top management on financial performance, fund management, risk control, profitability, etc.
