Plantation Head & Raw Material

1. As a head plantation & Raw Material the incumbent should be responsible for plantation & development, Nursery Management, Contract Farming, Land Identification etc.

2. Should have thorough experience of plantation used for Manufacturing of Plywood, MDF and Veneer etc.

3. Should have geographical area knowledge of plantation growth and develop such type data for future use through Geographical information systems (GIS).

4. Well versed with raw material procurement, panning , inventory management and budgeting.

5. Work with close coordination of production operation to ensure raw material procurement in line with production and plan in advance in case any future production demand.

6. Negotiation with Raw Material vendors to procuring material on time and managing effective transportation cost.

Education & Skills required :

1. B. Sc. / M.Sc. in forestry management / Graduate / Post Graduate in Agriculture.

2. Well versed with plantation management and nursery development.

3. Preferably should have knowledge of Geographical Information System (GIS).
