Head - Plant Operations - Chemical Manufacturing Firm

We are currently retained by a well-established Chemical Manufacturing firm to hire a Plant Operations Head.

The role will oversee company Plant Manufacturing operations ensuring that plant function runs as efficiently as possible to meet the company's goals and aligns with organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take accountability for the productivity, quality, and output of production.

- Full ownership of the plant's P&L

- Completely overseeing and supervising the plant's daily activities.

- Establish guidelines and protocols and provide training to supervisors and administrators to minimise deviations.

- Overseeing brown field projects

- In charge of maintaining communication with locals and government authorities

- Directing programmes for operational and business excellence

- Retain key talent and ensure your recruitment is in line with skill needs

To fit the bill, you must have:

- 15-20 years of Plant Operations management in Agrochemical / Chemical Manufacturing.

- Lleadership qualities, marked by unwavering determination and personal integrity.

- Driving operational / business excellence Experience.

- Managing Process Safety, Operation & Maintenance Expertise

- BE / B.Tech - Chemical Engineering
