Head - Plant Maintenance - Auto

Roles Expected :

- Lead team of maintenance managers & engineers

- Comprehensive maintenance plan deployment for entire plant

- Monitor and mentor overseas maintenance team

- Monthly MIS and Dept Metrics

- Statutory Compliance & TS16949/ISO14001/BIQS/TPM- deployment and monitoring

- Training needs identification for team and initiate skill enhancement

- Exposure to Plant Maintenance, Team management, Strong Leadership, Excellent presentation skill, Time commissioning, Capex preparation and execution.

- Working knowledge with Govt agency TNPCB,IBR,TNEB,FIRE safety dept.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Handling machine Failure

Leadership skills :

- Large Manufacturing background exposure,

- Indepth Experiences

- Conceptual clarity.
