Profile :- Plant Maintenance Head

Qualification- B.Tech / M.Tech - electrical

Experience- Min. 4+ yrs.

Responsibilities -

(Plant maintenance includes mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical maintenance)

- Develop and implement long-term maintenance strategies for electrical systems to ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and safety.

- Develop budgets for electrical maintenance activities, allocate resources effectively, and ensure that maintenance operations are carried out within budgetary constraints.

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical maintenance teams, including technicians, electricians, and contractors. Provide leadership, training, and support to ensure that teams perform at their best.

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical equipment and systems to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. This includes scheduling regular inspections, testing, and servicing of electrical systems.
