Head HR ( Plant Ops ) - A MNC Major - Premium B Schools

Job Profile :

- Responsible for providing end to end HR support to factory ( Size 1500 Nos manpower)

- Responsible for Complete IR activities & Statutory Compliances

- Responsible for recruitment of competent candidates at Entry-level and Managerial positions for factory profiles, including contractors / contract laborers

- Responsible for the performance appraisal of all employees, including production targets and time management

- Analyzed Attrition data, recruitment cost, salary range data etc. to present various HR metrics to top management

- Responsible for Complete Factory Administration like Canteen, Health Transportation, Security & Safety.

- Responsible for conducting various employee involvement events & social activities

- Responsible for identifying the training needs of employees and coordinating training programs accordingly.

- Prepare and analyzed the manpower budget for the entire centre.

- Conduct internal customer satisfaction survey to gauge the satisfaction levels of employees.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT :

- MBA from -TOP B Schools only preferred

- Candidates from "Manufacturing Cos"working preferred

- Union handling will be a added advantage
