Plant Head HR (Location - Ratnagiri)
Responsibilities :
1 Ensure proper manpower planning & budgeting in line with business plan & Org. Goals.
2 Ensure time bound, focused & systematic selection and recruitment activities.
3 Ensure timely development of KRA's of employees, performance appraisals for increments and training need identification.
4 Ensure timely up-gradation of Job Descriptions, competency matrix.
5 Develop a learning organization through facilitating learning through various tools and learning aids.
6 Ensure statutory compliances of PF and DISH
7 Ensure ISO - EMS/QMS compliances.
8 Develop yearly training plan and execute for all the employees - 5 hours per employee per year.
9 Ensure smooth functioning of time office and solve grievances in time.
