We are hiring for an experienced Plant HR Head with vast knowledge of HR and IR and must have done/signed at least one wage settlement in Kerala. Key Responsible Areas includes: - Industrial Relations - Recruitment and succession planning - Training and Development & Talent Management - Personnel Administration and communication - Plan and Prepare Annual HR Budget - QMS, EMS and OHSAS system upkeep - Heading the HR & ER function - Identify and implement the appropriate HR processes and systems to create a high performing and result oriented organisation - Ensure Cordial IR climate in all plants by timely settlement of LTS. - Performance Appraisal for all functions and ensure fairness in ratings. - Statutory compliances pertaining to all plants and Corporate Office - Legal cases of various courts and tribunals - Manpower Budgeting and ensure to keep all within budget. - Roll out the Training calendar after the appraisal feedback based on the inputs from Employee as well as supervisor - Performance Appraisal for all functions - Comp and Benefits - HR Business Partnering - Disciplinary actions and grievance redressal
