KEY ACTIVITIES:

- Statutory Compliances under Labour Laws

- Monthly Review as per Check List

- Maintain good relationship/ good Industrial relation between Mgt. & Employees

- Monthly meeting of WC and fast remedy of their problems, if any

- Reduce Unresolved issues escalated to statutory authorities to Zero

- Monthly Review as per Check List

- Implement CSR activities and maintain good public relation in and around factory

- Follow PR calendar

- Medical Examination under Factories Act as per schedule

- Ensure smooth function of welfare resources i.e. canteen, transportation , uniforms etc.

- Monthly meeting of welfare committee

- To ensure and follow proper Disciplinary Proceedings

- Preliminary investigations, issue of Charge sheet/Show cause notice and other steps of Disciplinary Proceedings

- Reduce overall absenteeism

- Counseling, Disciplinary Action etc.
