Job Description :
Reporting into the HR Director & Business Unit Director, your roles & responsibilities will include :
- To manage the plant HR activities and responsible for managing IR issues, Union Management.
- Responsible for Performance Management System including In Time Goal Setting Process, Midyear and Year End Review & conducting feedback session
- Manpower planning and budgeting to attract the right talent to fill key positions within a stipulated time frame
- Ensuring Training Cycle execution and Collaborate with HR Partners of South Asia to bring professional development of HR team
- Creating the overall HR Strategy in line with the business plans and executing on all aspects of HR w.r.t Talent Management and Industrial Relations.
The Successful Applicant :
- Post Graduate degree in Human Resources.
- 13-16 years experience in HR. 7-8 years experience as manager in a plant.
- Worked with an MNC before.
- Industry - heavy industries/manufacturing
- You have been involved in union settlement in past.
